Conclusion from our Test:
Starting off from where we left off on our 2011 STi sedan.
After finishing product testing on the Tomei Arms M7960 it was time to test out another turbo. We chose to go with the brand new state of the art GTX billet wheel technology from Garrett, and use the ATP GTX3076R Stock location turbo.

The goal for this stage of the build was to really maximize and fully utilize the stock components along with having a very fun and efficient car that was realistic for someone to drive on the street, track or drag. This turbo would be the perfect match for anyone who is trying to get the most out of a stock motor, have quick response, and have one wicked car.

To put everything out on the table, we really feel as though we were maximizing several key components on the car, the motor, and clutch is still 100% stock. The Process West intercooler was getting close to its peak efficiency, the turbo was running at 25Psi, and given the octane of fuel we were getting close to the peak stability point of both fuels that where being used. The amazing thing is just how fast this turbo spools, looking at both race and pump gas you can see that compared to the stock VF48 the increase in lag is quite minimal for the huge gain in performance. Also given the altitude of 4200ft this turbo, compared to sea level it would be able to easily produce over 400WHP at similar conditions due to the increased air density.

The power delivery on the vehicle is very smooth and predictable, given the high efficiency TMIC the lag is kept to a minimal and the throttle is very responsive. The vehicle very easy to drive, quick, fun, and overall a simple build utilizing quality bolt on components from proven manufactures ensuring that everything is running at a safe and optimal level.

New Moroso EJ Series Steel Oil Pan!

Working closely with MOROSO for the last couple weeks and with the final revision being tested, we are proud to announce the release of the Moroso EJ Series steel oil pan.

This pan has been changed slightly from the currently available aluminum pan to allow for better fitment with aftermarket headers.

Featuring the same great benefits as the aluminum unit at about 1/2 the price, this is a great value! Increase oil capacity to 5 qts. and eliminate the pesky oil slosh issues that are typically associated with high cornering loads that the Subaru is notorious for. Keep the oil where it is needed, at the bottom of the pickup.

Manufactured 100% in the USA using high quality steel, these units will be anodized black, and include all the needed parts to make this a full complete install kit. Oil pickup tube, gaskets, O-ring, and a magnetic drain plug.

We just finished testing fitment with these manifolds and so far have confirmed no issues.
The MOROSO steel oil pan will fit these header with no issues:
APS
GT Spec Equal
GT Spec Un-Equal
Tomei Equal
Tomei Un-Equal
Greddy

*These images should be about 99% of what the pan will look like.
